Scott Liu brings over 20 years of New Zealand business experience across property, investment, technology and development.

As Commercial Director of Wallace Commercial, Scott leads the growth of the commercial business, working with property owners, investors, developers and businesses across commercial sales, leasing, development opportunities and property strategy.

His background includes senior leadership and entrepreneurial roles, property investment, development land acquisition and the delivery of more than 100 residential and townhouse projects. This hands-on experience gives Scott a strong understanding of property value, development potential, investment risk and commercial decision-making.
