Madhav Kapoor

Madhav Kapoor brings ambition, energy and a commercially minded approach to real estate, with a strong interest in property and finance.

Currently studying Finance at the University of Auckland, Madhav has developed a strong understanding of the financial side of property while pursuing real estate as a career. He is naturally driven, curious and always looking to better understand the market and the opportunities within it.

For Madhav, great real estate is built around people. He values genuine relationships, clear communication and taking the time to understand what someone is trying to achieve. Whether working with a homeowner considering their next move, a buyer searching for the right property, or a developer bringing a project to market, he approaches every conversation with the same focus: understand the goal and find a way to add value.

Outside of real estate, Madhav enjoys training at the gym, spending time with friends and family, and making the most of Auckland’s social scene. He values discipline, consistency and personal growth - qualities that carry naturally into his approach to real estate.
