Amanda brings a strong property background to residential real estate, holding both a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law.

Having grown up in Auckland and now based in Christchurch, Amanda has experience working with property developers as well as in residential sales, giving her a broad understanding of the property industry.

She takes a straightforward and personable approach to real estate, focusing on clear communication, good preparation and making the process as easy as possible for her clients. Her background gives her an understanding of property beyond the sales process, while her approachable nature helps her build genuine relationships with buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys keeping active, cooking, exploring Christchurch and spending time with friends and family.
