Iraia began his journey in real estate in 2017 as a Property Developer, co-owning and operating a development company in Christchurch. Through this experience, he developed a strong passion for homes and gained valuable knowledge in building processes, construction, and market trends. His company successfully worked with a wide range of buyers, from overseas purchasers to first-home buyers and seasoned investors.

Before moving into real estate full-time, Iraia served proudly in the Royal New Zealand Air Force as a Logistics Specialist. During his service, he rose through the ranks to become a subject matter expert, managing diverse teams, building international vendor relationships, and deploying to global emergencies that demanded adaptability, precision, and strong planning. His high work ethic and problem-solving abilities were recognised with awards, and he further advanced his career through tertiary study.

Today, Iraia brings the same dedication, discipline, and people-first approach to his real estate career.
